Nice room and quiet. The check in was fast, but then the guy knocked on the door five minutes later to take the passport again and I felt a bit uncomfortable as still getting changed to be ready to go out again. I feel he could have taken a pic or scanned it and avoided doing so. Great breakfast
Excellent Hotel. It looks that is just built. Rooms are nicely furnished. Everything that you need for a pleasant stay. It's located very close to the see. I highly recommend this hotel.You wont be disappointed.
Air conditioning was out of order, but still standard b&b nearby the port quite well.
The Suite is big
Don't be fooled by the pictures of the rooms, we booked a 'suite' for 3 people and had a small room with 3 small beds. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed. For breakfast you have a buffet with leftovers from the day before, no fresh produce. The only positive point remains the welcome of an employee who speaks French and who helped us during our stay!
Classic 4-star hotel located in a strategic position. It's just a shame that the owner is a little bigoted in managing reservations and cancels arbitrarily in defiance of contractual obligations which I strongly advise him to review.
We arrived on 10/07 after checking in we went to the room. In the area adjacent to the air conditioning, the roof was completely wet, full of mold and a lot of water dripped onto the floor. Aren't the rooms checked before giving them to guests? Of course we had our room changed. We went to another room where the air conditioning wasn't working and we had to call the lady at the reception who, after several attempts, managed to get it back on. Breakfast was mainly sweet, even on the last day they only offered sweet things. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful (two men we met in reception during our stay). We thought we were going to a 4 star hotel but it turned out to be anything but. Despite being located in a good location in Trapani, I think we will never come there again.
Cozy modern quiet hotel in a quiet area. A 5 minute walk from the port and the centre. Spacious rooms, well furnished, clean and comfortable bed. Abundant sweet/savory breakfast with a wide choice. Courteous staff always ready to give you information. Highly recommended.
